Description
Other than minor aesthetic changes, Budew and Roselia are identical to the regular forms. It is only when they reach Roserade that typing and style changes. Roserade is based on a Fire and Ice rose.

After the war between Orbis and Kalos came to an end, Roserade were sent from Kalos as gifts as a sign of peace. They were owned by wealthy aristocrats who became obsessed with trying to make their Roserade's flowers look as beautiful as possible. Through years of breeding, Roserade developed beautiful flowers that gave the appearance of being on fire and frozen in ice. In the present, Roserade are seen as beacons for peace between Orbis and Kalos.

Budew -- Happiness --> Roselia -- If in Orbis with a Shiny Stone --> Orbisian Roserade
*Roses Touch - Grass-type moves used by the user do 50% more damage. Moves that make contact have a 15% chance of either freezing or burning the opponent.
